In case of overcharges, notify us immediately and we will refund the excess within 5 working days. If the paid amount is less than the required amount, the balance will be debited and you will be notified.
All recharge transactions are final. Please verify the number or account before initiating a recharge. Shreeshai is not responsible for incorrect number entries.
However, if the money has been deducted but recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, email us at privacy@shreeshai.com with the following details:

Users must retain their Transaction ID provided at the time of payment to facilitate dispute resolution or verification.
B2B customers who purchase wallet balances are not eligible for refunds under any condition. Recharges from wallet balance are final and non-reversible.
Shreeshai's liability is limited to refunding the transaction amount received. We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from a failed recharge.
